Product Introduction:

The UGS type dual-color quartz glass tube level gauge is developed by our companyusing the latest special-shaped quartz glass tubes. It is designed for on-site indication ofliquid levels in both pressurized and non-pressurized containers. The liquid phase is dis-played in green, while the vapor phase is shown in red. This allows for clear observationof the liquid level from a distance, providing a very clear indication. Additionally, it hasthe advantage of being lighter in weight compared to dual-color glass plate levelgauges. It is suitable for measuring the liquid levels of various liquids such as liquefiedgas, water, ammonia, oil, alkali, and more.

Principle:

The level gauge is connected to boilers, tanks, and other containers via flanges to form acommunicating vessel, ensuring consistent liquid level heights. It utilizes the refractionprinciple of the liquid in the special-shaped glass tube under natural light or a light source.When measured with red and green glass pieces, the liquid appears green,while the gasappears red. The interface is very clear, making it suitable for observation from a distance.

The quartz glass material is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has good heat resis-tance, making it suitable for harsh chemical conditions. Stainless steel protective covers andflange connections are also available to accommodate pressurized conditions.
Wide Pressure and Temperature Range (depending on the specific model):
Models with coolingjackets or heat dissipation sections can be selected for high-temperatureapplications, High-pressure versions feature metal protective tubes and flange seals, withpressure ratings ranging from tens to hundreds of kilograms.
