Product Introduction:

The UHC type magnetic float level gauge (hereinafter referred to as the level gauge)is a high-performance liquid level display instrument de-veloped by introducing and absorbing advanced technologies of simi- lar products from home and abroad, and continuously improving andenhancing it. This level gauge includes three major types: the basictype with local display, the magnetic float level gauge replacing thereed switch type level transmitter, and the magnetic float level gaugewith magnetostrictive level transmitter. It uses a magnetic float as themeasuring element to transmit the change of liquid level to the on-siteindicator through magnetic coupling. The indicator flips red and green (or red and white) to simulate and display the actual position of theliquid level. This level gauge is suitable for measuring and controllingthe liquid level or interface of various media in open or closed pressurevessels, such as various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, fi-berglass storage tanks, underground storage pools, boilers, deaera-tors,etc.Patent numbers: ZL2014 20797075.2,ZL2014 20797047.0

The level gauge has the following characteristics:

The liquid medium is safely isolated from the indicator

making it suitable for measuring the liquid level of four types of me-dia:high-temperature,high-pressure,toxic,hazardous, and corrosive.

There are no blind spots throughout the entire measuring range

The red and green displays are eye-catching, The permanent magnetsaredeveloped based on the principle of like poles repelling andopposite polesattracting. The magnetic coupling transmits the signalto the on-site indica.tor, driving the red and green flip columns torotate.

The alarm position can be moved up or down at will to achieve upperorlower limit alarms for the liquid level or interface
enabling control or interlocking. As the liquid level rises or falls insidethefloat chamber, the magnet attached to the float rotates 180 todisplay theliquid level.
The types of level gauge displays include panel type, column type,metal plate type, and LED electronic light column type,etc.
This level gauge is developed based on the principle of Archimedes'law, that is, the buoyancy principle, and the principle of magnetic cou-pling (like poles repel, opposite poles attract).
