The UQK type float level controller refers to a float switch composed of a floating ball/floatas the sensing element, paired with magnetic/mechanical control elements. It is matchedwith alarms and motor start control devices, used for liquid level alarms and controllingtheliquid levels in various acid,alkali, and storage tanks,water towers,etc.,in industrial ap-plications. It is not affected by the conductivity of the liquid, dielectric constant,foam,pres-sure, density,bubbles, or suspended solids.The installation methods are divided into top-mounted and side-mounted,with thetop-mounted type further divided into rod type and cable type.It has the advantages of small size,easy installation,high reliability, and long service life.Principle
The UQK type float level controller consists of a magnetic float, conduit,reed switch,junc-tion box, and mounting components, As the float moves up and down with the liquid level,reaching a specified height,it causes the reed switch inside the conduit to act accordingly,switching the normally open and normally closed contacts.The UQK-6x type is a cable type float switch. When the float contacts the liquid surface andthe liquid level rises,the float rotates upward around the cable pivot fixed by the weight,causing the normally open and normally closed contacts of the controlelements inside the float, such as mercury switches, micro switches, and reed switches,to switch, As theliquid level drops,the float falls untilit hangs down again,and the switch contactsreturn to theiroriginal state.
